Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on our trampolines for customers with a delivery address located in the Contiguous U.S. We also offer free delivery and installation for local customers.

*Free delivery and installation is available only to customers with a delivery address 40 miles or less from the Best American Trampolines home office located in Lewisville, Texas. Please call our customer service team at 972-475-0092 or 866-690-3272 to schedule your delivery and installation. 

Replacement parts including trampoline beds, frame pads, and springs do not qualify for free shipping. All replacement parts will be shipped via UPS ground unless expedited shipping is requested.     

Local Delivery & Installation

Local customers can schedule delivery and installation by calling our customer service team at 972-475-0092 or 866-690-3272. Our customer service team is available Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

It is important to note that our delivery and installation service is available on a first come first served basis. Our delivery and installation appointments book up quickly during the holiday season. For this reason, we recommend that you contact us soon after your purchase to schedule your delivery.

How does Freight Delivery Work?

Our trampolines are shipped by way of reputable freight delivery company. You will be contacted by the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment.

If the freight company leaves you a voice message, please call them back at your earliest convenience to schedule an appointment. Best American Trampolines is not responsible for storage charges incurred as a result of a customer failing to schedule a delivery appointment in a timely manner.

Please ensure that someone 18 years old or older is present during the delivery and to sign for the items being delivered. It is important to note that freight is brought to the curbside only. However, most drivers will usually help you lift the items off the truck.

Important information regarding your freight delivery:

  • You will be responsible for moving the items delivered to your desired location once they have been removed from the delivery truck at curbside. Delivery personnel are not required to move the items delivered beyond the curbside location.

  • If you live on a street that is not accessible via the delivery truck you may incur additional costs. The freight company will be required to transfer the purchased items onto a smaller truck for delivery. If you are aware that large trucks are unable to deliver to your address, please let us know before placing the order.

  • Please note that accessibility fees are not covered under the Best American Trampolines free delivery offer and are the responsibility of the customer. Our customer service team is happy to contact the freight delivery company prior to your scheduled delivery and obtain an estimate for the accessibility service.

When will my order ship?

Our products typically ship within four days of an order being placed. You can expect to receive your shipment within 7-10 business days. However, there are circumstances that can cause your shipment to be delayed. If your shipment is delayed for any reason we will contact, you via email.

      Inspecting your shipment

      Once the freight company delivers your product it is imperative that you fully inspect your product while the driver waits. Make certain all items shipped have arrived and you are not missing any packages.

      Inspect the boxes for damage. If any of the boxes are damaged, open them and inspect the items inside to determine if the products inside are damaged. Then inspect the frame parts carefully. Make sure the freight company hasn’t crushed or punctured any of the parts.

      When inspecting the trampoline frame, we recommend that you concentrate your inspection towards the ends of the frame that sleeve together. Look closely to ensure they are still in their round form and haven’t been flattened or damaged by the freight carrier.

      What do I do if my products are damaged or missing?

      Best American Trampolines is committed to providing you with quality trampoline products and will never ship damaged or partial products. If a portion of your order does not arrive or arrives damaged by the freight company we will make sure that the issue is corrected in an expedient manner. Please review the following procedures on how to handle damaged and/or missing products. 

      Damaged Product Procedure:

      If your trampoline products arrive damaged, we request that you accept the freight and have the driver note the damage on the bill of lading. We then ask that you contact our customer service team at 972-475-0092 or 866-690-3272 so we can immediately ship out replacement part(s) at no cost to you. 

      Please Note: The freight company may recommend that you deny the damaged freight. We ask that you please accept the freight and contact us immediately. Failing to accept the freight will likely cause a delay in you receiving your products. 

      Missing Product Procedure:

      If your trampoline products arrive and there are parts missing, we request that you accept the freight and have the drive note the missing parts on the bill of lading. We then ask that you contact our customer service team at 972-475-0092 or 866-690-3272. The freight company can usually resolve any missing part issues within 1-2 business days. If the freight company is unable to locate the missing item(s) in a timely manner we will immediately ship you the parts at not cost to you.  

      Returns

      Best American Trampolines is committed to service excellence and for that reason we are pleased to offer a 30-day return guarantee for all our trampolines and replacement parts.

      It is important to note that all returns must have a return authorization code from our customer service team, must be in saleable condition with the original packaging materials, and must include all product manuals.

        Please be aware that the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our factory, plus a 20% restocking fee, including any applicable taxes.
