Where are Best American Trampoline products made?

Best American Trampolines has proudly produced quality trampolines made with American sourced materials since 1978. Our headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in Lewisville, Texas, a suburb of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Can I leave my trampoline outside year-round?

Yes! All components on our trampolines are made with American sourced, weather-resistant materials, engineered for year-round outdoor use.

Where can I find your warranty information?

Best American Trampolines proudly produces quality products made with American sourced materials. We stand behind our trampolines with a limited warranty.

Our warranty information is located here and can be found in the product manual included with your trampoline purchase.

Can I see your trampolines in person?

At this time, we do not have a showroom where you can view our trampolines in-person. However, we strive to provide our customers with an abundance of information on our products through our website.

If you have questions not answered on our website, please contact us. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and would be happy to assist you in any way we can.

Do all of your trampolines come with an enclosure net?

Our Enclosed Trampolines come with premium enclosure net systems.

Trampolines in the Best American Classic Trampoline Series do not come with enclosure nets. These trampolines are not designed to support an enclosure net . Unfortunately, we are not able to add an enclosure net to the Classic Trampoline models.

Do you offer assembly services?

Yes! We offer free delivery and assembly on full trampoline orders for customers who have a delivery address within 50 miles of our office in Lewisville, Texas. You can schedule the delivery and assembly of your Best American trampoline by contacting our customer service team.

If you live outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, we recommend that you contact a local landscape company or handyman service to assemble your trampoline.

What is the minimum height clearance?

A minimum of 24 ft. (7.3m) of clearance from ground level is recommended to prevent users from inadvertently contacting overhead hazards like electrical wires, tree limbs, etc.

Please reference your product manual for additional information on proper placement and use of your trampoline.

Can I cancel my order?

Possibly. We are able to cancel orders that have not shipped. You can request that your Best American Trampolines order be cancelled by calling our customer service team at 972-475-0092.

If your order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. However, we offer a 30 day return on our products. You can review our Returns and Cancellations policy here.

Are your replacement parts universal?

All Best American replacement trampoline parts are tailor-made for Best American trampoline models. Our replacement trampoline parts are not universal for all rectangle trampolines. We cannot guarantee that Best American replacement trampoline parts will work with trampolines not manufactured by Best American.

If you choose to purchase replacement parts for a trampoline that is not manufactured by Best American, we recommend you review our Returns Policy prior to purchase.

Do you offer custom replacement parts?

We only produce replacement parts for trampolines designed and manufactured by Best American Trampolines.
